Dear Jubilee REACH Friends,

 

This year’s Festival of Trees Gala will be adhering to all Washington State and King County COVID guidelines. Because the Gala falls after the October 25th King County ordinance for entertainment and indoor venues, guests must provide either proof of vaccination or a negative FDA-approved PCR COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the event. Guests must wear a mask at all times except for when actively eating and drinking during the Gala. You can read more here.

 

This applies to all 8th Annual Festival of Trees guests, staff, and volunteers participating in-person at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Saturday, November 13th from 5:30-10:00pm.


 

At the event:

During the in-person Gala check-in process, you will be required to show documentation to enter. Once your documents have been checked, you will be given a bracelet.

 

If you will be showing proof of vaccination, acceptable forms of proof are:

  • CDC COVID-19 Vaccine Record Card, or photo of CDC Vaccine Record Card 
  • QR Code, digital or printed certificate from MyIRMobile.com (WA Department of Health partner website, My Immunization Records) 
  • Vaccine administration record from a vaccine provider, including an individual’s doctor, pharmacy, or other official immunization record from within or outside the U.S., including a photo or photocopy 
  • Specific mobile applications that verify vaccination status will be allowed if approved by the WA Department of Health or Public Health – Seattle & King County  

 

If you will be showing a negative FDA-approved PCR COVID test:

  • Individuals can provide a digital or printed copy of the negative FDA-approved PCR test administered within 72 hours of the start of the event (5:30 pm on November 13) from a testing agent, such as a laboratory, health care provider, or pharmacy

 

*Helpful tip: Bellevue College is an FDA-approved, PCR testing site and accepts walk-ins in the event that appointments online are all full. Tests will need to be administered after 5:30pm on Wednesday, November 10th to be within 72 hours of the event and typically takes 24-48 hours to receive your result through email.
